Solutions · For Smart Devices

An assistant that knows who’s talking.

Speakers, cars, TVs and wearables are shared by everyone at home. RealMemory remembers each person separately, keeps what the household shares, and lets your assistant speak up first when something matters. On any model.

Each person gets their own memory. The household shares what it should.

The difference

It knows who’s talking.

Most assistants hear a command, carry it out and forget it. RealMemory gives your device a memory of every person it serves, so it gets more useful every day instead of staying the same.

One home, many people

One device. Everyone remembered separately.

Your device tells RealMemory who’s speaking. Each person gets their own memory: their habits, their important days, and how they like to be spoken to.

The household gets a shared memory too, for the things everyone should know: the shopping list, the weekend plans, who’s away this week. Personal memory stays personal.

Included: Adaptive Style

Same request. Answered the way each person likes.

Adaptive Style learns from past conversations how each person wants to be spoken to: one word or a full plan, playful or straight to the point. Your assistant gets it as a recommendation with every reply.

It works from transcripts only. It never analyzes voices or uses voiceprints.

See it, tune it

Everything it remembers, visible and editable.

Every person has a profile, and the household has one too. You can show people exactly what their assistant remembers about them.

People can correct or delete anything, and one request deletes a person everywhere. Personal data is redacted before storage, and memory never trains anyone’s model.

FAQ

Questions from device makers.

Who is it for?

Companies building assistants into devices: smart speakers and displays, cars, TVs, wearables and home robots.

How does it know who’s speaking?

Your device tells it. RealMemory uses the person ID your device provides, and never identifies anyone by their voice.

What’s shared, and what’s personal?

Each person has their own memory. The household has a shared memory for things like lists and plans. Personal memory stays with the person it belongs to.

Does it listen to voices?

No. It works from transcripts. RealMemory can turn audio into text, but it never analyzes tone of voice or emotion, and never uses voiceprints.

Can the assistant bring things up on its own?

Yes. RealMemory knows what matters right now, like a deadline this week or a reminder that’s due, so your assistant can start the conversation instead of waiting to be asked.

Does it work with any model?

Yes, with no retraining. Switch the model under your assistant, and every memory and its personality stay.

What about personal data?

Personal data is redacted before anything is stored, and one person’s memory is never shared with others in the household. Memory is encrypted, kept separate from every other client’s, and never trains anyone’s model.

Can people see or delete what it remembers?

Yes. You can show people everything their assistant remembers and let them correct it. One request deletes a person everywhere, with a full audit log.

What’s included?

The smart device setup includes Experience Core, with Adaptive Style, and the full RealDNA module. Knowledge Base is available as an add-on.
