Solutions · For Call Centers

Know every caller before you say hello.

Your operator types a customer ID and the question. While the caller is still on the line, RealMemory answers with who’s calling, what your company knows, and what to say. Every call teaches it something for the next one.

Wants to be heard first
Recommended · how to handle it
Let her explain first. She pays for three lines and uses one, so offer the single-line plan and say what she saves each month. Skip the standard retention script.

No searching while the caller waits. No guessing how to handle them. The operator gets both at once.

The difference

No more scripts.

Scripts and knowledge searches treat every caller the same, and leave the operator to piece it all together while the caller waits. RealMemory puts the person, the facts and the approach into one answer.

From a pilot

Faster calls, because nobody searches or guesses.

At one pilot contact center, operators used to do two things while the caller waited: search for the answer, and work out how to handle this particular customer.

Now they type the customer ID and the question into RealMemory. It answers with the person’s profile, the facts from the Knowledge Base, and a recommended reply, all at the same time. Three in four calls now take 4 minutes instead of 10, and the company is continuing to invest in the pilot.

“A huge speed boost. Our operators don’t search for answers anymore, and they don’t have to work out how to deal with each customer. RealMemory gives them both at the same time.”

Included: Adaptive Style

The answer is half of it. How to handle the caller is the other half.

From past calls, Adaptive Style learns how each person wants to be spoken to: who needs to vent first, who wants every detail, who wants one line and nothing else. Operators get it inside every recommendation, so they don’t have to work it out mid-call.

It works from transcripts only, never tone of voice, and it learns one person at a time.

Daniel
Why is my bill higher this month?
Learned from past calls: wants it short
Recommended to the operator
Give the reason in one sentence, apply the credit, confirm. No small talk.
Grace
Why is my bill higher this month?
Learned from past calls: worried about money, wants detail
Recommended to the operator
Reassure her first. Walk through the bill line by line, then explain the credit and when she’ll see it.
The operator view

One screen, while the caller is still talking.

Operators ask in the RealMemory portal, by customer ID. The answer shows who’s calling, what’s still open, what didn’t work, and what to say, with a source for every fact.

Your team can correct anything or add a note, and the next operator gets it on the very next call. Card numbers and personal data are redacted before storage, and memory never trains anyone’s model.

FAQ

Questions from call centers.

Who is it for?

Call centers and contact centers where human operators handle a high volume of calls. It helps operators during the call, and it keeps what your best people know when they move on.

How do operators use it during a call?

They type the customer ID and the question into the RealMemory portal. While the caller is still on the line, they get the caller’s profile, the facts from your Knowledge Base, and a recommended reply.

Does it listen to calls or analyze voices?

No. It works from transcripts only. RealMemory can turn recorded calls into text, but it never analyzes tone of voice or emotion, and never uses voiceprints.

How does it learn?

After each call, it reads the transcript and keeps what matters: what happened, what’s still open, and what worked. The next operator gets it on the next call.

What about card numbers and personal data?

Card numbers and personal data are redacted before anything is stored. Memory is encrypted, kept separate from every other client’s, and never trains anyone’s model.

What tools does it work with?

Operators use the RealMemory portal. RealMemory also connects to Slack and Intercom, and to any other system through the API or MCP.

Can we see or delete what’s remembered?

Yes. Your team can see, correct or delete anything it remembers, and one request deletes a person everywhere, with a full audit log.

Does it work with any model?

Yes, with no retraining. Switch models, and every memory stays.

What’s included?

The call center setup includes Experience Core, with Adaptive Style, and Knowledge Base. RealDNA is available as an add-on.
