Products · Knowledge Base

All your knowledge. Only what matters.

Your knowledge is too big for any prompt, and an agent given too much starts making things up. Knowledge Base reads everything you connect, classifies it, maps how it fits together, and hands your agent only what matters for this question.

Slack, Gmail, Notion, Confluence, GitHub and more · Refreshed daily · Doesn’t guess. Asks a person.

Three questions. Three different places the answer lives. One rule: never assume.

Yes. Annual plans are refunded for the unused months. That changed on Tuesday, so the 30-day rule you may have seen no longer applies.

I can’t share roadmap details, but I’ve passed your request to the product team. Today, scheduled CSV exports cover most of what bulk export would do.

That’s a decision for your account manager, so I’ve passed it to Sam with your contract details. You’ll hear back today.
The difference

Answers, not search results.

Search finds text that looks like the question. Knowledge Base reads and classifies everything before the question is ever asked, so it knows what’s related, where it lives, and whether it’s still true.

Millions of lines, classified and mapped ahead of time. Your agent gets only what this question needs.

Understands what the question is about and pulls what’s related, across every source.

Doesn’t guess. Hands the question to a person, then learns their answer.

Learns from every question, and from every time a person steps in.
More context makes an agent guess. The right context makes it right.
From our pilots

Millions of lines in. The right answer out.

The problem we hear most: we have more knowledge than any prompt can hold, and when we give our agent too much, it starts making things up. Here’s what changed at one pilot company, two weeks after it connected its sources.

11% → 48%

Support tickets the agent closed end to end, with no human involved.

32% → 2%

Agent answers a person had to correct, over the same tickets.

2 weeks

One week to connect the sources, one week to tune. That’s how long these results took.

“We were impressed by the difference in customer satisfaction and end-to-end close rates in only two weeks. We’re aiming for 75% end-to-end by the end of the year, and with RealMemory, we’re sure we can get there.”

Director of Support and Client Success, pilot company

How it works

Connect your tools. It does the rest.

You connect your sources, and we help you tune it in the first weeks. After that, it runs on its own.

01

Connect

Link your tools or upload any text document. Connecting usually takes about a week.

02

Classify

It reads everything and builds indexes, categories, maps and connections. Analysis, not search.

03

Refresh

Every day it reads what changed, then decides whether it matters. Noise stays out.

04

Learn

It studies every question it couldn’t answer. When a person steps in, their answer becomes part of the knowledge.

Your knowledge, organized for you.

See how Knowledge Base organized everything: topics, sources, how they connect, what changed, and what it learned from your people. Correct anything, and your agent uses the fix on the next answer. Your own sources are never changed, and personal details stay hidden.

Slack and email

The best answers live in Slack. We treat them that way.

Wikis go out of date. The real answers live in Slack: which features exist or are coming, and how payment issues actually get solved. And in email, where your people answer customers every day. Knowledge Base learns from all of it, under the same rules as everything else.

You hold the keys. You create the Slack app and choose which channels it can read. For email, connect only the inboxes you want, like support@, or simply forward them to us. Access rules carry over, personal data is redacted before anything is stored, and nothing it learns ever trains anyone’s model.

Heads-up: annual plans now get refunds for unused months. The 30-day rule is gone. We’ll update Confluence at some point.

FAQ

Questions about Knowledge Base.

How is this different from vector search or RAG?

Search finds text that looks like the question. Knowledge Base reads and classifies everything ahead of time, so it knows what’s related across sources and whether it’s still true, and hands your agent only what matters.

What can we connect?

Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, GitHub, Jira, Linear and Intercom, plus uploads of any text document: PDF, Word, Google Docs or plain text.

How does it stay current?

Every day it reads what changed in your sources, then decides whether the change matters. Outdated answers are replaced, and noise never piles up.

What happens when it doesn’t know?

It doesn’t guess. Depending on your settings, the question goes to a person, and their answer is learned for next time.

Does it respect who can see what?

Yes. It reads only the channels, folders and inboxes you choose to connect, and access rules from those sources carry over, so internal knowledge stays internal and never reaches a customer.

What about personal data in Slack and email?

It’s redacted before anything is stored. Your team can review and correct what Knowledge Base learned without seeing personal details.

Can we see where an answer came from?

Every answer is traced to its sources in the log. You can also show sources to your users if you want.

Does it change our Confluence, Slack or docs?

Never. Every connector is read-only. Knowledge Base keeps its own copy, and that’s the only thing it updates.

How is it priced?

It’s included in the support, call center, internal knowledge and sales setups, and available as an add-on for assistants and devices. There’s no light version: when it’s on, you get all of it.
