Solutions · For Sales Teams

See why deals stall. Fix it.

RealMemory remembers every conversation with every buyer, at person and company level: who’s on board, who isn’t, and what matters to each. It shows leaders what’s costing deals, and helps reps before, during and after every call.

From a pilot: ~1,000 sales calls analyzed · HubSpot and Gong · Before, during and after calls

Yes, a native connector since version 5. It syncs invoices both ways, so her team stops exporting them by hand.

The difference

Know every buyer.

Recordings and CRM fields store what happened. RealMemory understands it: who matters in each deal, what they need, and what your team keeps getting wrong.

From a pilot

About 1,000 calls. One answer nobody expected.

A sales team couldn’t work out why deals kept stalling. RealMemory read a quarter of their Gong calls, about a thousand of them.

It found several patterns: reps oversold, didn’t know the client’s business well enough, and weren’t always friendly. The biggest frustration for buyers: reps couldn’t answer questions about their own product. The team is now training reps on exactly that, and keeps RealMemory running to track the improvement.

4

Reasons deals stalled, found across the calls. The biggest: reps couldn’t answer questions about their own product.

“I don’t understand how we didn’t know the client. But more important, we didn’t know ourselves and our product. We’re so happy we discovered it, and we’ll work hard to improve.”

Included: Adaptive Style

Sell the way each buyer buys.

From past calls, RealMemory learns how each person in a deal wants to be approached: numbers or stories, fast or thorough. Reps get it in every brief.

Text only, one person at a time. It reads transcripts, never tone of voice.

CFO
What will this cost us?
Learned: wants numbers first
Recommended to the rep
Give the annual price and the payback period in one sentence. Then stop and let her ask.
Head of Support
What will this cost us?
Learned: worried about her team’s workload
Recommended to the rep
Start with the hours her team stops spending on manual work, then the price. She’s buying time back, not software.
The deal view

Every person in the deal, in one place.

RealMemory keeps a profile for every buyer: what they care about, what’s still open, what to avoid, and how they like to be sold to.

Reps and managers can correct anything or add a note. Personal details are redacted before storage, and memory never trains anyone’s model.

FAQ

Questions from sales teams.

Who is it for?

Sales, RevOps and go-to-market teams who want to know why deals stall, and reps who want to walk into every call prepared.

What does it connect to?

HubSpot and Gong today, plus uploads of call transcripts and notes. Any model, no retraining.

Does it help during live calls?

Yes, once it has enough history to work from. Reps can ask it during a call and get the answer, about the buyer or about your product.

How does it find why deals stall?

It reads every call and finds the patterns behind deals that stall: what buyers asked, what reps missed, and what frustrated buyers most.

Does it listen to calls?

It works from transcripts, like the ones Gong already makes. It never analyzes tone of voice, and never uses voiceprints.

How does it stay current?

Every call adds to it, and outdated facts are replaced automatically, so every brief reflects where the deal stands today.

What about personal data?

Card numbers and personal data are redacted before anything is stored. Memory is encrypted, kept separate from every other client’s, and never trains anyone’s model. One request deletes a person everywhere, with a full audit log.

Can our team see and correct what it knows?

Yes. Every buyer profile is visible to your team, and anything in it can be corrected, added to or deleted.

What’s included?

The sales setup includes Experience Core, with Adaptive Style, and Knowledge Base. RealDNA is available as an add-on.
